Shipping fees are calculated for each product individually, based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.

​If you choose to combine multiple products into one shipment, we will refund any excess shipping fees (if applicable). However, please note that some items must be shipped separately due to their size, weight, or fragility to ensure they arrive safely. If your package combines multiple products, the refund will take effect approximately 5 days after your item ships.

​All shipments include tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.

We understand that shipping fees can be high, so we offer in-shop pickups to help you save on costs.

We DO NOT accept returns. All sales are final therefore please choose your purchase(s) wisely.​

​EXCHANGES

We DO accept exchanges ONLY if your items were damaged in transit. In the event that you do receive a damaged product, please send us an email at info@verttebre.com that includes your order number, a description of the damaged product and photographic evidence of both the item, and the packaging.
