All of our creations are crafted entirely by hand in our workshop located in Montreal, Quebec (Canada). This involves sculpting our own designs, creating our own molds, and hand-pouring and finishing each cast. We do not use any 3D prints.

Please note: The sculptures start as life-size skull casts, which are then re-sculpted and modified by special FX artist Remy Couture. You can explore more of his work at www.remyfx.com.

All products are crafted from high-quality, heat-resistant resin that is safe for plants and aquariums, ensuring they won't warp even when exposed to sunlight all day.

Each item is hand-painted using mixed media that is durable, scratch-resistant, and weatherproof. However, we still recommend treating your handmade purchases with care! :P

Vert Tèbre operates seasonally, releasing small batches in the summer and winter. To stay informed, subscribe to our newsletter.

PROCESSING TIMES

After your purchase, we need 1-3 business days to process and pack your order. A shipping confirmation will be sent to your email once it's ready to ship. Please make sure to check your spam folder.

We occasionally provide the chance to pre-order.

*Orders close April 30th or sooner if we hit our production capacity. Production starts July 1st.

Please note that fabrication delays may take between 4 to 8 weeks after the production date, before your order is shipped. We kindly ask that you refrain from inquiring about your order until after the 8-week period.

Since each piece is handmade and painted, no two items will be identical. Therefore, minor color variations should be anticipated (please keep in mind that screens, monitors, and lighting can influence appearance). We will offer two options for bone coloring: lighter patina and darker patina.

SHIPPING FEES

As of April 2025:

Shipping fees are calculated for each product individually, based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.

If you choose to combine multiple products into one shipment, we will refund any excess shipping fees (if applicable). However, please note that some items must be shipped separately due to their size, weight, or fragility to ensure they arrive safely. If your package combines multiple products, the refund will take effect approximately 5 days after your item ships.

All shipments include tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.

Packages MAY be subjected to customs/duties.

​IN-SHOP PICKUP

We understand that shipping fees can be high, so we offer in-shop pickups to help you save on costs.

CANCELLATIONS

We DO NOT accept cancellations. We encourage you to email us at info@verttebre.com if you have any questions about your order.

RETURNS

We DO NOT accept returns. All sales are final therefore please choose your purchase(s) wisely.​

EXCHANGES

We DO accept exchanges ONLY if your items were damaged in transit. In the event that you do receive a damaged product, please send us an email at info@verttebre.com that includes your order number, a description of the damaged product and photographic evidence of both the item, and the packaging.

*To be eligible for an exchange please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item.
