    PROCESSING TIMES

    SHIPPING FEES
    Payment for shipping via PAYLINK must be made within 7 days to ensure your order ships. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your item(s) will be restocked without reimbursement.

    Shipping fees vary significantly as they are based on package dimensions, weight and location. We aim to keep fees fair for everyone, which is why we choose to calculate each package individually.

    Average fees:
    - Canada: $20 CAD for a fetal skull, $40 CAD for a spine set.
    - U.S.: $35 CAD for a fetal skull, $65 CAD for a spine set.

    The above fees are averages and not official. All shipping fees include tracking and coverage.

    We DO NOT accept returns. All sales are final therefore please choose your purchase(s) wisely.​

    ​EXCHANGES
    We DO accept exchanges ONLY if your items were damaged in transit. In the event that you do receive a damaged product, please send us an email at info@verttebre.com that includes your order number, a description of the damaged product and photographic evidence of both the item, and the packaging.

    *To be eligible for an exchange please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item.

    *We are not responsible for return shipping costs, nor are shipping costs refundable.
